Ideas for Rewarding Good Affiliates?

I have done link exchange affiliation with quite a few sites. To reward affiliates for bringing in traffic, I have a separate list of the top 5 affiliates which give me the most referrals (updated weekly based on a 1 month performance). This list is separated from the 24 other affiliates to hopefully promote these 5 sites more.

I also try to create posts featuring interesting posts from their site. However, it would be nice if there were other ways to reward them.

My PR was set to 0 after changing to a new domain, so I have been relying on affiliates as a source of traffic since my Google search engine priority is quite low. On average, affiliate links bring in 300-400 UV a day, which makes me feel guilty at times, since I'm not sure how much traffic I'm giving back to them.

Any ideas? I am currently using the blogger platform.

feature a post linking to them sending more visitors to them. You could also reward them with monetary $ which is more of a contest

No doubt. Money is the best motivative for everyone, I guess.
Otherwise, coupon and voucher as a gift for them is fine.
So, if you're really have that kind of feeling, better do some charity work. lol
