I finally bought a domain name for my affiliate marketing blog. It makes more sense than Sukosaki.info ![]() Questions is this: Should I transfer posts from sukosaki.info that are related to this blog, or just start this one from scratch? Pros and cons of transferring related posts, if any? Thanks again to the Bloggeries community, rep is always given

besides dup content there wouldnt be too much of a problem. I would suggest just kind of taking the posts and rewriting them a bit and posting them over a period of time. what do you think? |

that is a good point and one that i didn't really think about. I should be able to add the posts and re-write them without a problem. I don't think I really had that many anyways. Thanks for the input Matt.

I agree.. Getting the content, changing it a bit and publishing it over time is the best option.

Thanks for the info. Would it still be considered DUP content if I remove posts from sukosaki blog that I transferred? I guess by publishing them over time it won't be too big of deal...

My first question would be what are your plans for Sukosaki.info? Are you going to keep it and keep updating it? Are you going to let it go, turn it into a personal blog, sell it on DP? Which blog do you think you'll spend the most time promoting? If it was me I would just transfer the relevant posts over to the new blog and delete them from the old blog. Then you have a base to work from and you can spend your time writing new posts rather than re-doing your old posts. |

I am going to keep that blog and domain (it's actually a nickname) and maybe even move it to a .com. I will keep updating it with whatever pops into my head. I have a lot of hobbies, knowledge and thoughts, so that is what will now populate my blog. It will be on a more personal level now and of course I will keep it hooked up with PPP and socialspark.com. My new blog will be geared towards one topic and in a more professional manner. I would like it to be more of a resource for beginners more than anything else, but we'll see what I come up with in my planning stages. I will update both the same, as well as, my many other blogs and websites. I haven't had to quit my day job to keep up so I think I should be fine. I will most likely just transfer to new and delete from old, I think that will be the easiest way to go about it. Thanks for the input, questions and comments!

Keep Suko as your main site and re-write a few GEMS for the affiliate blog. You could always forward all of it to the new one but why not keep suko for whatever and then the new one for strictly affiliate marketing?
