Does Pay to Blog or Pay Per Post Cheapen Your Blog?

Is it worth doing Pay Per Post or Review Me on your blog? Yes you can make some money but do these things cheapen your blog? Are readers put off by these money making strategies?

I personally am, unless you done it in the right way. Only reviews niched to that blog don't cheapen the blog, as well as the choice of link text, and completely positive reviews.

That's just my opinion though

Yeah choose the niche carefully and it will be fine, but I won't do any review less than $15, waste of time hehe...

I think it does sorta. I'm kinda tempted to throw up PPP affiliate banner on my blog reviews page as it gets tones of traffic for "Blog Reviews". I wonder if that would cheapen the look of my reviews as I don't use any service like that.

It can, but I don't think it always does. You still have to keep it real and on focus of your topic to make it look good.

I have seen some good ones, been a part of bad ones and thought "what the heck" for a LOT of them.

What you can do you can maintain a ratio of 2:1 or 3:1 for those type of paid postings ( 1 being the numbers of sponsored posts ) so that your readers still have something to read for which they visited your blog . This is extra work for extra money
