 Blogcatalog want to make their minds up
Blogcatalog have just really annoyed me my blog had been approved on there for the last 2 months no problems. i moved my blog from a subdomain to its own domain name and decided to update my blogs on blogcatalog i just recieved an email saying my blog is rejected as it is not a blog and is purely spam. General Marketing Blog take a look sure looks like a blog to me        |

Try re-submitting your site to Blog Catalog. It may have been an error.

I would think that it is probably automated but I could be wrong.

I agree with MarketLeverage; try and reapply; hopefully if it was purely rejected you will be able to resubmit. The real problem is when you submit and it's just awaiting moderation forever because you can't resubmit and chances are the owner isnt' checking.

Well now i know that their system has to be automated. I just re-submitted my blog and in less than 1 minute got an approval email |

I don't like how they ONLY accept blogs that add their widget! This means it's a website that only looks out for it self and no one else. They don't care about us they want referrals and that's it. This is why I enjoy mybloglog way more! I suggest mybloglog to all my friends before blogcatalog. Also I have noticed at blogcatalog there are a few individuals that are just plain retards and debate anything you add to the site that doesn't promote them! no names will be mentioned! |

Did you link them back? I put the link on before the final submit so I'm at least listed. It's probably automated so it checks the link before accepting. Not much traffic from there (even from forum posts) so...
