Typically I surf around until I see something that inspires me. Sometimes it takes longer than I'd like but usually does the trick. Also some days you just feel totally uninspired and recognize it so you don't get down on yourself. That's a huge benefit of making a few posts when you feel in the mood and saving them for future dates. Hope that helps a bit

Both of those are good ideas, lol. I generally have tons of ideas saved, but even so, sometimes I don't have the inspiration or motivation to write about those things. I'll either keep browsing until something strikes me....or I just won't post. There's no need to *force* a post daily if you really don't have the content for absolutely everyday. You'll burn out rather quickly if you find yourself in that boat often. Otherwise, yeah, having some drafts saved helps and even writing about losing the inspiration could hold you over for a day, hehe.

I eat my problems away... lol, just playing. Well, you don't have to update your blog EVERYDAY or anything, just enough for people to know it's not a dead blog. But I generally surf around or go out and something is bound to come to me... but then after all that, I get lazy and I'm not sure if I want to write it LOL! |

Hhhhmmm... that's what we call a writer's block. My personal solution for that is to go out and have a breath of fresh air. It works for me a lot of times.

I surf the web.. walk the dogs... but one of the nice things for me is on the political comentary side, there is always something silly going on I can latch on to.

It goes something like this for me. "Brother! Give me a topic!" *Playing WoW* "Violence!" "... lambs it is!" It doesn't make sense, but I can usually get an idea.

Sometimes walking away from the computer and going somewhere or doing something you really enjoy will inspire you. Carry a small journal with you and when something strikes you to blog about, write it down. Then when you need some inspiration refer back to your journal. If you feel like you are in a writing mood one day, write up more than one day's worth of the post. If you have a Wordpress blog you can have them post automatically at a later date.

I would read some other blogs and see what ideas others have been successful with. |

Okay, an update for what I do... I just get away from the computer in general cause I tend to get burnt out. Yesterday I hit the gym at night and didn't even think about blogging and when I got back all these ideas just kept flowing to my head...
