SU acts weeeird!

Have you all experienced this problem???:

Today, I tried to submit an article of my blog to stumbleupon. Everything went well and the submit page also loaded correctly with the title already filled in and all.

But when I pressed the submit button, just a blank screen appeared with the URL StumbleUpon - Welcome to StumbleUpon . Nothing else...

I tried again with IE but at vain. Tried again after a few hours, but again no result. What is even more weird is that I am able to submit other stuff from other websites with no problems!!

Weird... anyone know what's happeneing??

Just worked fine for me. No problems at all. Tried Firefox? Or just wait it out I guess?

I investigated and came to know that its a anti-spam feature which prevents you from submitting too many things from the same site....

The 'fix' here is to make another SU account and then use that!

If you make multiple accounts on the same IP stumbling the same stuff it may set a trigger. I've never done it but it seems like a logical precaution to prevent this type of behavior.... How many stumbles were you doing ?

Yeah, I really wouldn't suggest trying to stumble too many of your own pages. Could get you into a mess.

I was stumbling all the posts on my blog! Well this really sucks cuz such a system isn't any good on SU. I'm gonna run out of email accounts soon!

Well the point isn't to stumble all your own posts....that's *why* the system is in place. Can you imagine if everyone did that?
