I've been writing for clients for over 10 years and for the past 5 or so I've been blogging. I have to do it in almost one shot or it doesn't get done.

I type quickly and I can formulate what I want to say as I'm typing it out. I've had to become that fast in order to make a living at what I do.

So I'll go through and write, check it once from the 'Preview' and then make any edits or corrections. After that, it goes through. The only time I go back and change it is when I see a major error, or someone notifies me.

Otherwise, it has to go up fast, or it generally doesn't get put up. I am off doing something else. Posts in the Drafts area are generally never finished unless I put it up on a schedule.

I take a few minutes. I do re-read my post and change things along the way. I also don't do long researched type posts. If there is something that I'm really, really intersted in then I take my time.

I usually write my articles at work. total time spent between writing and minimizing my window when the boss comes around, and actually working makes my posts about 3 hours to write.

It usually depends upon the topic of the post, some posts take hours while few require just half an hour.
Well in my case, the editing section and re-writing the same post take enough time and I usually take 1 hour to 2 hours for the whole process if i feel like i am not satisfied from what i have written.

It depends completely on the post, sometimes it'll take me a week, sometimes times I'll write one in just a few minutes. I usually have the idea for a post for a long time before I write it out so I suppose alot of my redrafting goes on in my head.

It really depends... If I am interested and really am into something, I take my sweet time reading, writing and REVISING. Otherwise, if it is something just catches my attention, I just leave a comment
