I've been searching on how to make my blogs SEO friendly and I came across this. Is there anyone here who is using this? is this effective? or will this just get you de-indexed and banned from adsense?

I think that it is better to stick to some of the SEO plugins that are well known. I know that there are some plugins out there that will work, but they use tricks and misleading things that may get your banned.

The best plugin, the one that is usually all you will ever need is: WordPress › All in One SEO Pack WordPress Plugins Watch out for SEO plugins that put links in your blog or have other devious means of profiting off of you installing the plugin. Some of the them will insert link at the very bottom that say "SEO by ___________" with a link to a website. That will probably hurt your SEO. Better to use a plugin such as All-in-One that is known to be trustworthy.
