I am seeing how many bloggers would be interested in participating in a Blog-Off, a contest between bloggers where there would be some prize money and a contribution to charity as well. Fun, fame, and prestige may await you!

I think it's a great idea. How about choosing a long tail keyword, and using the serp results to help determine a winner?

We have 10 bloggers participating which means $50 raised for charity and a 1st and 2nd place prizes of $40 and $10 respectively. We get a topic to everyone on Sunday, posts are due by Tuesday, and votes are due by Saturday. Then we do it all over again!

I like this idea. I am sure the traffic generated will be worth the time that is put into organizing/managing the site.
