Intro e-mail for joining the Bloggeries Forums

Hey Guys!

This is my FIRST post! Really excited I found this site as I believe it's just the community I need!

Could you help me understand something about the welcome e-mail? It says this:

Join our Blog Affiliate Program and start making some money from your open ad space. You'll be paid $20US for each listing you send to us. Most listings come through blog referrals which is good news for you.

I have an AdSense account set up. I'm assuming it connects with that. I'm new to all that though. When it says I'll be paid $20 per listing I send, what does that mean? How do I send a listing? Could someone please explain?
