What Screen Resolution Do You Use?

What screen resolution do you use? I'm starting to build less and less for the less than 10% that are using 800X600 and starting to optimize for 1024X768.

Also what type of user do you think predominantly still uses 800X600?

I think I use 1200 X 800, LOL.

I guess it would depend on the location of the user, we still have a lot of users in India still using this screen resoultion.

1440x900 but my FF is in a floaty window - yay for mac.

I think most people are still using 800x600 because they havn't upgraded their pc's. Somepoeple also leave it at a higher res if they have trouble reading the screen. My dad has a 19" monitor at 800x600 cos he can't read larger resolutions! Drives me insane when I use his computer!

Definitely 1024X768.
Best mix of older monitors and the newer super high resolution ones. And looks okay on Wide Screens.

I use 1280x800 and as Bloggeries, I also optimize my designs for 1024x768, but I try to make them adaptable to all resolutions.

1280x800. I can't imagine people using 800x600, I really hope they're a dying breed.

800X600 is a dying breed. And if you do anything webmaster related they will have 1024X768+ I have not met a webmaster this century who still uses 800X600. I'm assuming as others have mentioned it's people with old systems who don't use the internet much.

I use 1680 by 1050 (21 inch flatscreen - just got with my new vista Dell... LOVE IT!
