I really think this should have been in your show off your blog thread but i will review it because i'm a subscriber and i love ur blog

First thoughts (positive) - Clean, Professional looking design, easy to see where to subscribe, discreet ads, easy to see archives.

First thoughts (constructive) - black bar at the top with advertise and contact us seems empty (suggestions - balance everything out a bit)

Closer look - I like the previews of the posts on the first page and the blue design is really sweet on the eyes, the whole thing is very neat as well

Notes nothing to do with the design - I love the posts and the content, a great group of writers on there and i hop you achieve all of your goals!
