I usually end up spend an average of about 1-2 hours. It depends on what state your blog is in. Basically you have to promote nonstop if you want it to keep growing.

lol - I can totally relate. Luckily for me I married a geek. He just didn't know that I would buy my own computer and get into the blogging world while he was busy working on his radio / video stuff
