Wow!
I have a confession to make. Over the Xmas holidays I didn't spend much time online and the forum started to drift. We were at 590 members and now we're at 545 members or so.... Anyways I was starting to think maybe the forum was slowing down blah blah... Today we broke 13,000 posts. That's just ~ 1 month 6 days since we broke the 10,000 so that's 3,000 posts a month or 750 posts a week! If you ask me that's hardly a slow down. The problem is keeping the convo going I find as it is with all forums. We're all here to blog but we have lots else in common. Never feel shy or hesitant to start an off topic thread in Bloggeries Lounge. That's what it's here for! Either way thanks again for everyone who is continuing to make this place a great resource for new and seasoned bloggers from across the globe.

Rob that is great! It must be tough with competition popping up all the time, as in any endevour. It also is a bit depressing, but if we don't continue to try, we would be even more depressed!

There is lots of competition popping up but as long as this keeps trucking I'm not so worried. Many underestimate the time required to start a forum and fade before ever reaching orbit.
However SOME competition is good. When I saw a few others sprout up a few months ago it turned my promotions into hyper drive which paid off.
