Personally I think now is a good time to sell if you ever think you will. People are paying stupidly high prices. It's like people like the author who knows how you'll do when you buy it? Furthermore it's not like buying a commerce site. You have to be very active to make a blog grow.
Either way it's good news for the blogosphere... That's for sure! I wonder how much TUK could get?!
