Hannah, I presume the 100 000 views is for the cumulative total views on all the post written by the author combined and not 100 000 views for a single post?

Can you clarify on how the counting is calculated?

While that sounds great at all, this is also the kind of setup where people get involved, almost make it to their first "large payout" and the site crumbles, leaving them with nothing. Are there payouts before you reach that crazy amount of views/money?

Users can choose to get paid at every 10,000 page views increment, every 100,000 pageview increments or at 1,000,000 page views milestones. However each individual user will only receive an aggregate maximum of $10,000 from allvoices for a total of 1,000,000 page views for their contributed content over the 7 month period of this incentive plan.

I've seen this before; seems like a novel idea. Definitely a lot of page views required though. More importantly how do YOU protect fake page views? Like a script that just checks the page from numerous IP's etc etc..?
