Make Money with Private Ads on Your Blog

Hey everyone, just last week I finished my miniseries on having private ads on your blog. I took everything I knew and added it with everything I learned from my research. Hopefully they will give you a better idea of what ad sizes you should use, ad placement, and everything else about having private ads on your blog. I do try to show you how you can get private ads or direct ads even if you are a new blogger. Of course make sure to ask questions and I will try to answer them the best I can.

I have been looking around about this issue.

I have advertisers with text link. haven't had advertiser to place the banner on my site

How to get advertiser? and how do we give reasonable price to them?

I think private ads are a great way to go. Just don't forget to send them the monthly invoice like I have done before!

That's why I use OIOPublisher, takes away all the work. Well worth $47.

Biggest bit of advice is realize YOUR fair market value. All sorts of people will tell you make a high price you'll get more advertisers. People typically aren't stupid and if they look at site stats won't pay more than it's worth. If you want to sell ads price them accordingly...

Is there a good formula to follow, say $10.00 USD for every thousand page views a week or something like that?

Yeah, if you don't have traffic you can't deliver clicks to your advertisers and they won't want to buy your ads.

It's crazy how many MILLIONS Of people are online yet only a couple of handfuls of sites get most of the traffic. Rest is dispersed in to the infinite number of websites online.
