I think you can get around $2-$3 for a sitewide link. This is only because your PR is still N/A yet and you're bit low on Yahoo! Backlinks. But, the smart thing would be to ask that person what he's willing to offer.

I have heard that Google will punish links that are completely unrelated to your blog, so be careful if SEO is your goal.

We usually sell links per month. One way to push up the price is to quote higher, and then say if you reserve the space for 2 months, you get cheaper price. Or you could tell the advertiser that the first month will be $5, if he is happy with the results, subsequent months will be $3 until the next PR update, etc.

Looks to me like your blog is header upwards at a good brisk pace - if those are your stats for the very first month of blogging. Be careful not to commit to such a low price for a long term - it's likely they'll push for a 1-year commitment, and I suspect you'll soon be in a position to ask muchmore, if you keep on growing the way you're headed.

Go higher than you think is reasonable to start with, they will tell you if that is too high and then you always have room to negotiate.

Phil is totally correct and slap a NO FOLLOW on it. If not like... Think about how much WORK you put into your blog. If you loose your PR and rankings for $20... That would mean if you spent 20 hours working on your blog you got paid $1 per hour...

Use legit ways to monetize your site it's not easy and don't think it is but taking the not so pure route won't bring you happiness.

Furthermore it undermines the rest of the other pure sites. Sure you might say who cares but if the web became a place where all you needed was money to rank... Well there are LOTS of people with a lot more money then you and this final frontier would quickly become...
