How Much to Charge for Ad Space?

I recently revamped my site and have adding 6 125x125 ad space to my site. I don't know how much to charge for them. I'm looking at making some money blogging so I can make my blog better with a custom theme or something and to by some better blogging software. Might be nice to make some money also to help buy ad space also.

Currently I'm selling the space on entrecard for 250 ec, I don't know if thats to low but since I don't have any ads up yet I figured it was good to start low.

Let me know what I should do and that will be rad.

Rates depends on the traffic and your blog niche. A blogger may be a good content writer , but if his niche is not popular, he won't be able to get advertisers.

What advertisers look for? They look for targeted visitors, relevant to their business. I think you got the key to sell your ad space.

Thanks mint I'm glad to know you think I have the key to having targeted readers. I never really wanted to monetize this blog but I started getting readers and I need to maintain it so I've decided to start getting into it.
