It does list the referring website. I'd add it on another blog of yours then check the stats to be 100% sure but I think so.

Regarding the group account best idea would be to make a new one. Imagine if your OTHER sites are producing and the group wants a cut...

Decided to remove the tier referral part of the program for numerous reasons and have notified all currently registered affiliates. Anyone who referred a tier member will be compensated.

We are however thinking of a ways to increase payouts the more sales you send.

Instead of doing it tiered, why dont you just give a flat rate for referrals? Even something small like $1. The minimum is $50, so even if they JUST promoted the referral program, it would take a long time lol

As I listed in the email I sent to affiliates the term tier alone turns many off. We aren't doing a tier system even though originally I liked the idea until I saw the light.

Right, kill the pyramid, thats fine. But offering a flat rate to referring people to the program would be a good idea, at least IMO.

You should do something similar to what Payperpost does, a flat rate of $15 for each referral you send. Of course, Payperpost makes you jump through the hoops before you get paid lol...
