Indicates you are referencing higher paying keywords as opposed to alternatives....

AdSense is not a get rich scheme, lower value clicks can happen anytime...do not believe the hype about meso clicks being worth $40 as they are not. The key to AdSense is working at it, the average click value usually thrown out about 30c when these things are discussed etc etc

Are you referencing revenue sharing sites where you can put your Adsense ID in? Such as Hub Pages and various revenue sharing forums? Otherwise, I don't get the question either.

Why the java script for ASense is posted? What exactly do you want? I too sense that you want to know sites where you can put your adsense code.

If you are looking adsense revenue sharing sites, I would quite a lot. My favorites are bloggerparty.com and senserely.com
