As I finally got myself a mobile phone and was able to test and finish WAP content publishing platform, I setup it online and seeking partners from bloggers who want to get paid from the content.
It allows you to post and read posts directly from new generation mobile devices and charge for the access to content each time somebody reads or watches it.
I still have some problems to solve and therefore seeking partners from this community.
1. To publish content, the project needs mobile phone text editor for better features as current JavaScript does not work properly. I have http://developer.symbian.com/main/do...conversion.pdf code to use but it needs a few week c++ programmer works and I haven’t found yet no-one willing to do it for me without asking money which I do not have. The publisher editor works fine in PC.
2. To get reasonable payout rates we should probably co-operate as every provider have high fixed monthly rates. Bango can provide global billing for £600 per month; currently we are getting only paid 20-30% of earned revenues.
3. I need someone with Nokia/S60 Symbian and apple iPhone to test it. Nokia models are E65-E90, N70-N95, 3250, 5700, 6110, then LG JoY, Samsung SGH-G810, Samsung SGH-i450, Samsung SGH-i560, SGH-i550, Samsung SGH-i560.

I integrated it with AdModa network (similar to ASense) as largest network AdMob didn't had suitable interface to provide. Ads can be switched on and off.
The mobile bloggers community site is currently at Mobile Bloggers Community until I will get more suitable dot com name. You are welcome to post to the Mobile Bloggers Community; please PM with me suggested username and password so I will setup the account. If you think that your post is so valuable that people are willing to pay for it I will pay out the earned revenues. The problem is that currently we are very limited of number of chargeable content until the monthly fee will be viable to pay.
If you want to setup your own community based on this platform please let me know and I will be more than happy to setup and host it with some fee.
For marketing purposes it's integrates with search engines and was damn good of it. It was open to post since November, had become the porn link collection and gained top positions on several related keywords for me to find bugs in heavy traffic.
It produces RSS feed which can be subscribed directly to user mobile or used in other WEB/WAP sites.
From mobile reciprocal link sites iGloo catalog has been provided me decent traffic and currently I'm testing some other sites.
It also supports link sharing using mobile portal wap.com.
