You don't need CC for PayPal. You need a bank account to get your money out, or you could pay them to send you a check.

Another alternative is Revolution Money Exchange, but you'll be in the same situation. By the way, you get $25 for signing up with RME.

It is advantageous if you link a card to your paypal account and there are plenty of options out there if you dont have a credit or debit card at the moment.

Perhaps you have a friend or a family member with a debit / credit card who is willing to take care of payments for you, and then you can just pay them cash, and get a receipt to write whatever you paid for. There's always a solution.

just email id is necessary.
and add your bank account so directry transferred from paypal to your bank account.
