Hey Y'all,

The email address used on our web site got what I consider to be spammed by a short email for the above site.

The email text was as follows:

"Are you currently offering any form of advertising opportunities in your site?

Would you consider generating an additional flat monthly revenue, while concurrently enhancing your online users experience?

Thank you in advance for your reply."

Has anyone registered with this outfit or have any experience, good or bad, with them?

Never used them but typically if a site has to spam you are they are desperate; desperate times call for desperate measures.

Sortprice is a price comparison engine based on Wall Street in New York City. Products are listed from approximately 5000 merchants. The company has a contract in place with every merchant on the site - web crawlers are not used to gather products. The company has an anti spamming policy so your email was personal.

As far as desperate in 1 reply, one man's desperation is another's opportunity. It's up to you to evaluate if the opportunity is worthwile for your business. Of course you would need to explore the opportunity to find out the particulars.
