Widgetbucks doesn't work

I recently discovered widgetbucks but even though I choose the category it still shows random ads that are nothing to do with widgetbucks on my blog. Any ideas? I thought it would show straight away.

Have you checked the "targeting" box when you first got inside?

What do you mean it gives me an option to crawl my page or I can choose products. When I choose any of these two options it doesn't matter I don't even get the widgetbucks style ads, I simply ge google image style ads.

Any site that is banned by google I wouldn't be too trustworthy of especially if it is supposed to pay me...

Maybe they are banned because they are a threat... Who really knows but I have heard some negative reviews as well as positive. Would be interesting if someone using the system could comment and fill us in.

I do remember hearing people complain that they referred TONES of people and then suddenly got banned before getting paid for click fraud. Maybe they did commit it maybe they didn't but they were arguing it's because widgetbucks had a TOO rewarding program and they felt that for WB the easiest way to not have to pay was to ban someone... Just food for thought.

what sucks is that after pasting the code of wb to my site, the ads dont appear. what gives?

During the early stages of developing my blogsite, I thought widgetbucks would be the best advertiser for my blog. As my website design began to develop, widgetbucks ads looked all wrong for my website. I prefer the animated 125 x 125 ads that I have displayed on my site from commision junction and amazon.

The widget bucks advertisements displayed properly, but I was having problems with crispads. The box border displayed correctly, but the text would not display. I am pleased with the google adsense, cj and amazon advertisements on my blogsite.

I quite like WidgetBucks. I used to make big bucks from the, mainly from referrals. They've just improved their referral program to 15% so hopefully the bucks will roll in again.
