Default Low Traffic blogs

A while ago I saw a site that paid $5 a month just for having banners on your site, and I thought I'd check it out to see if they had anything relevant to my niche, but nowI can't find it.

Does anyone know of any paying sites that work in a similar way, as in they pay you to host an add, regardless of how many clicks it gets?

personally I don't think you'll find any company that will pay five dollars for a spot without checking your blog to see if you could possibly convert some users.

If a Company were to do this blindly, people would simply make kinds of different web sites with no traffic and keep applying. 20 web sites with no traffic X 5 each = $100 a month.

the company question would quickly go under or take substantial losses.

As the others have mentioned, your best bet is to post on forms like this and others in the classifieds. if you are going to find someone to sponsor you, it will almost definitely be a private sale.

for what it is worth however the more in niche your blog is a higher chance of finding advertiser with low traffic.

this was the first post I have yet to make on this forum with voice-recognition software!

Best of luck,

Actually, I think it was www.monney4banners.com but they regected me for 'inappropriate content' and I haven't yet heard back from them, so maybe they are going broke.

http://www.money4banners.com/publishers/

The web site does not look too bad. The page above goes to the "How it Works".

I think the fatal flaw is that web sites which don't get enough traffic will be rejected for "inappropriate content" or some other "reason" which they can't justify.

On the flip side; web sites that you get considerable traffic aren't going to put up a banner that large for only five dollars...

I wish them luck and I was going to sign up but 5$!!!!!!!!

Default 'Enough Traffic'?

Bloggeries, what is 'enough traffic'?

My site is a personal thing for friends and associates who kept asking 'So, you are still renovating? how's it going?" and we only recently started to put up pictures.

Our site has less than 20 hits a day, which is OK since it's become more of an outlet and a hobby than money making.

Just curious.

Enough depends on your goals and niche. If you got highly targeted traffic for people looking to spend money on a product that you offer a few visits a day could earn you more than thousands of visits a day of web savy people looking for FREE X and not clicking your ads...

Traffic is vanity ; conversion is sanity.

I hope that helps?
