Default Failing Advertising Campaigns

Hey Everyone,

I am a little bummed out with my blog's return. Currently, I am using both Google Adsense and Adbrite. I am not seeing any returns with both of these services and I was wondering if anyone could provide me with some input. Currently, have approximately 200 unique per day but they are not converting....

Are there any other services you would recommend instead??

Default Affiliate Marketing for a Niche Blog

How's it going Vibes,

I feel your pain and so do most bloggers.

The only people who typically click on ads are very novice users who do not even recognize them as being ads if they are integrated properly. Also it depends on the niche. How motivated is your niche to buy now, how elastic is your product? How important is it, what type of ads are being shown.

I think you'd be better off signing up to some great niche affiliate sites. Research first and find the best one. Sign up oder some through your affiliate and blog about them with links in them. That kinda thing. I see your site making $ through affiliate marketing vitamins and other healthy compliments as it is turning into a quality resource for anyone curious about vitamins. Also if the vitamins you find have higher doses than popular ones blog about that too and name names just don't link to them

If that is not your style then just do it occasionally or not at all and have your affiliate banners of products from your niche clearly visible in the sidebar. Another option is to make a page about the products you take and why; possibly with links to other posts you have written and obviously to where they could purchase some of their own. Also take a picture of you with what the package looks like or includes or just the products but with your url physically in the image.

With a few hundred uniques your expectations shouldn't be set too high. Even with a phenomenal conversion rate you should only expect a few clicks.

Maybe a service like Kontera would work better for you.

Best of luck
