Nope, nothing you can do. They have to go through HUNDREDS of sites everyday, so don't feel like they're bumping you down.

Why anyone wants Google Adsense? It does not make any money. The CTR is as low as 0.3% earning few cents per click. Better find some decent advertisers to your site.

| That's not true. If you make a REALLY great site, get good rankings, etc, Google will make sure that you get better clicks. It's on a site by site basis. I have gotten $2 per click loads of times

What Jessica says is true. I have found that how much you get from Adsense depends on your topic, and where you get your traffic. When I get tons of traffic from something like Stumble upon I get very few clicks and then they only pay around a penny. When my traffic is light and it comes from search engines and such, then I get a much higher click through rate and as much as $5 per click. Just my experience... Oh, and to the OP, you really can't speed up Google, you just need to be patient. Write something great while you are waiting! |

Hmmm. I don't know anything about AdSense; I'll say that before I start. ![]() The main thing that I see is that some of your posts have a faint advertising vibe. (Well, the GroupsMore thing has a very strong advertising vibe; I wouldn't advise doing any more like that. And the Philips post has an ad feel, too, with the giant Philips logo.) The heavy focus on specific classes, seminars, events, conferences, etc., may be too much. So I wonder if you'd do better if you focused more heavily on the recipes and how-tos and what you're doing, for a while, before re-applying? Also, you already have some ads - I don't know how AdSense feels about that? |
