If you are talking about pay-per-click type of ads, such as Adsense... [desired revenue] = [average payout per click] x [number of clicks] Example: $10,000 = $0.10 x 100,000        |

You need either a lot of blogs with average traffic, a few blogs with a lot of traffic or infinite blogs with little traffic. It's really difficult to make a lot of money with ads without traffic so first and foremost develop your blog to be informative to your readers. get them to want to return. then focus on advertising.
