Actually all the major blogs are written by teams of people. To be honest with you one person typically doesn't have the time or ability to maintain a huge blog like ProBlogger, etc. Most of the major blogs start out as one person and then quickly pull in other writers and experts in SEO and programming.

So if you want a major blog or a blog business you're going to have to have employees.

yes, and there are 2 more aspects to this

1/ if you have 3 or more writers you can submit your blog to google news - and your blog will really take off if google start syndicating it

2/ a business owner should be doing deals and generating revenue - not doing routine work that can be delegated to underlings
