How much do you charge for ads on your blog?

What is the market price are for ad-space on our blogs? (this excludes Google ads..)

I tought a resonable price was:
- For Pagerank 6 blogs: 160 euro/per year per ad (roughly 190$/yr)
- For Pagerank 4 blogs: 40 euro/per year per ad (roughly $50/yr)

But it seems ad services, charge advertisers +- :
- $140/MONTH for a PR6 blog ad
- $25-30/MONTH for a PR4 blog ad
They split the revenue 50-50 between the blogger and themselves.
Big difference, no? They charge +- per month what I thought of charging per year.

Anyone wants to share how much they charge? And what would be a fair charge?

I think I might be underselling myself as I recently started the text-link-ads service, who charges advertisers +- :

which makes me wonder - why don't you just let the link brokers sell links for you - you'd make more money!

once a blog site gets pagerank 2 on the home page and alexa below 2 million, its time to hand things over to the link brokers

just be careful not to let google find out the site url though - they'll knock the pagerank down to 0 and cut off your traffic - they have people trawling through forums and blog comments looking for sites that sell links

I work it out like this:

First, run an add server like adsense or Project Wonderful on the blog for a month.
If you're going to sell an ad in place of the ads you already have, charge what they would have earnt in that time. Round up, because it's going to be a little low. If you don't get the price you're asking for then the other ad blocks will keep earning.
