Digg on 10 Worst List - PC World

I saw a list by PC World, as posted on MSN, of the 10 useless websites. Believe or not, Digg.com is on there. I know we all have our reasons and I don't use the site much, but I felt like this one was worth posting about.

It is kind of shocking, but given the reasons for why it's on there, it makes sense. It 'is' different than what it used to be.

Yeah, I almost feel bad, because it was a "one of a kind" when it arrived online. Just got too "out of control" and spammy? I don't know, it's still a nice way to retrieve some of onlines best content.

I suppose I started this all too late. I never quite saw Digg during its glory days as you guys talk about. Wow but it sounds like it was quite an awesome site!

Not surprising really. I don't use it much anymore. After the last problems I've had with it, I gave up because it became too much of a pain. Since then I've done more reading and searching through the site and it seems really "clique" driven. What's the point for people like me who don't have the readers to Digg me up to the top? I just think it's a little spammy.

Wow! Thats surprising. If Digg is so bad then why is it still around. They are obviously making money and have survived this long.

Hmmm... how long will it take for Facebook to go from glory to gutter? I think mySpace is already there...

I think Facebook has a more professional clientele that will keep it going for much longer than MySpace.
