Where Did I Go Wrong?

I wasn't exactly sure where to start this topic, since I'm not exactly showing off a blog. I'm starting a sort of project, I guess you can call it, where I want to collect stories of people's mistakes, errors, blunders, etc. The purpose, of course, is to learn a little more about ourselves as people, as well as perhaps "learn from other people's mistakes". There isn't much on my blog now, just an introductory post. If anyone can contribute a story, that would be great. What do you guys think, is this an interesting idea? I don't know if it will take off, but its worth a try, just for fun. Here is a link to my blog:

Definitely think it's an interesting idea. Until you get people volunteering mistakes, blunders etc I think you're going to have to start filling it with yours?

Great idea, I think that this is the type of blog that persons can go to to express themselves.....so definitely open up to everyone a bit so its almost like "pot luck" where everyone pitches in to contribute a story. -definitely a great idea
Also i think there should be more pictures i love the cat -lol funny put add some pictures of yourself or others holding there head or thinking or pondering over something-just random ideas for you

Thanks Wifi, I'll think about those ideas. Yeah, I will have to add my own stuff for now, it is always difficult to get people to participate in these kinds of things. So, how about this, to anyone who reads this, I will send $10(via paypal, so make sure to give me the email associated with your paypal account) to the first 5 stories that I choose to use on my blog. If you want, I will also link to your blog at the end of the post. Perhaps this will give people more incentive.

I think if the blog is funny-ish it would be a big hit! You should go for it! You should have a system where people can send in their own pictures, stories, and other things via email (I don't know if wifi said that because I was to lazy to read it) it would kind of be like failblog.org but... In a more serious way. I don't know, you probably have better ideas then me anyways.

if your posts are so sparse in your normal blog, how do you expect to get traffic through this new blog. maybe it would be wise to make this a collaboration for you and friends to have posts more often/regularly. otherwise people who read the blog may forget about it, just as you forgot to write in your own blog. i find that blogs are a bit like reading comics your always hanging out for the next one but if it takes too long your a bit like "oh this guy is still alive???".

i am assuming that you are writing these stories/examples for people to read (whether it be for entertainment, as an example or otherwise)

i would be more than happy to add stories to it, but i feel that its something that one would right about personally or with friends cause they share the mistakes anyway.

Yeah, I know I have not posted much in my other blog, mainly because it is so difficult for me to think of random things to post about. I feel this blog may work better because it has a theme to it, something general enough that everyone can relate to just by thinking about their own lives. Of course I will try and get as many people involved as I can, as I feel this is a pretty fun project to work on. And hey, any contribution Sir Almo would be greatly appreciated .
