Alright party people,
Let's try the one hundred pushup challenge. Most of us are die hard computer users who spend what mainstream population would consider grotesque amounts of time online. (I'd have it NO other way). I saw this a while ago and never tried it; I did start doing pushups though. When I first tried pushups I did 7 on my knees and it hurt. Now due to some proper eating and pushups and being more active I'm 25lbs less and it's a LOT easier. I did week 1 Day 1 yesterday for those who did over 10 on the initial. 10 is a breeze now but when I first started wow! Anyways I think it's easy to follow and beneficial to everyone living this lifestyle so if you're going to do it ; post your progress here etc... Computers are fun but why not soup up the only "vehicle" you have on this planet? I feel better already and can't wait to see how this progresses! ![]() Give it a try and let us know how you are doing!

Try doing the push-ups after lunch in the mid part of the day. If you leave it to the end you're already tired from a long day.
Tomorrow is day 2 of week 1 for this guy.

Sounds like fun. Is everyone sticking to "real" pushups, or are you doing modifications?
I am going to try for the real ones and I will post my miserable total when I am done doing the initial test. (Just to make the rest of you feel better!)
