Very interesting. The internet is such uncharted territory, ethically speaking. For such a widely-renowned resource (e.g., "I dunno- let's 'Google' it!"), there are, relatively, so few regulatory bodies. And blogging can have such damaging effects for something that can be dismissed as glorified "venting." |

Wow, that an interesting read. I'm a big fan Ben Smith and read his bloggeries at Politico everyday. I'm kind of surprised that the DA didn't know who he was.
