Does anyone know anything about this? It seems to be three days old and I accidentally found it.
The virus infiltrates these files: * index.php * index.html * main.php * header.php * footer.php And sends information to a certain site. My findings here Warning webmasters ! Check your website for virus attack ! |

Not sure if this is related to it, but there was a nasty little XSS worm going around about a month ago. It doesn't look the same, but it seems like it could be similar.

Here's a post I came across this morning and found interesting/relevant: How to use Google Alerts to find out if your site gets hacked It's about setting up a Google Alert to tell you if your blog has been hacked - to include an evil script like @freediver found, for example - but also has an interesting quote from Matt Cutts predicting an increase in this sort of thing as a 'black hat' SEO technique - moving from the shady & unethical to the downright illegal.
