Do any of you have any tips for running a blog with multiple authors/contributors?

Set up the expectations and rules *first thing.* There's room to wiggle and change things around later on, but don't just go in completely blind and expect it to work out well between everyone because they might have different views and ideas of how it's supposed to happen.
