Blogging for Business

I am curious of the teamwork that is involved in blogging for business. I wonder what type of team you have in place, are you solely responsible? Do you have other writers, contributors?

Do you have backing? Is it reinforced by your company? Are you left out on your own?

Any input would be appreciated.

As I write blogs for our business, I work on my own, some guy sorted out the design, I do the seo, blogging, and moderation. I am told what to blog about, and do it.

But then again, I'm the "blogging expert" on the team, so I don't expectmuch help from my peers, and our company is small, so I'm sure people will have different expereinces

I blog by my own.My company does not require any teammate yet but will expand my business soon,i think by that time i require expert to run the business.

I am very new in blogging. I started with a few blogs about improvements in business organisations which I'm comfortable with. What I'm really interested now is to get more exposure and people to read my blogs.

I'm interested to find a community of bloggers, who wan't to get paid when somebody reads their post. It's possible with the software platform I developed for mobile blogging at wap.mobiblogi.com using mobile operators billing. Haven't found anyone yet interested so seems, that finding sponsors and prostituting with their views is a trend rather than expressing themself freely in current democratic society?
