Anything will kill you if you obsess over it and forget to take care of yourself. Blogging is not any different.

So people..take breaks! Get some fresh air! Eat!

Yeah. It looks like people just working too hard, not eating properly and doing something else. If you do anything at 100 miles an hour all the time then you will suffer.

Reading the articles the people were working long hours and eating protein bars. That is not healthy. The fact it is blogging is irrelevant.

Still, we can all do with a break

You already know how it just may not be producing yet. The internet is so awesome because its one of those places an average joe without major capital investment can wakeup richer then they went to bed. Nothing like having a paypal payment notice in the inbox in the morning.

I work a full-time job, have two kids (13 and 8), help coach baseball and write almost the entire rest of the time.

It doesn't seem to be having any adverse effects on meas;lkdh;pgvh;aklhfoasdnf;/lka; a;lksjd;aoihf;a/soidjf;alksjdf.........................

I think it goes back to that feeling guilty for stuff we enjoy.
Felex84 has a great point!

Gene Simmons from Kiss does not believe in any sort of rest. Its quite a good book, Sex, Money & Kiss, talk about obsession with Money!
