Things that High School Taught Me

I want to write about things that I learned from HS that are applicable in real life. I would appreciate some ideas. I will credit you on my article if I use part of your list...

yeah, what did highschool teach me? I just wished I had access to the internet (at school) earlier

Homework? Who needs it? That's what I learnt.

Things learnt in highschool: Be yourself, if you aren't you'll a) never be happy and b) hang out with friends that aren't really your friends. Just be yourself regardless of what others think. In the end nothing matters except that you're true to yourself.

Not sure if I learnt all that in high school but it definitely started there!

I learnt to stay out of the smoking lounge..! It was much easier to wait til gym class and hit tennis balls over the fence and run to your car to smoke!

things learnt in high school... not much really..

but if anything would have to say - you can never trust anyone, your first love most likely won't be your last, if you cheat; you will get caught; if you want to get out of art class, suggest that you want to draw "life and nature" worked everytime

Sorta I'm sick as anything and have been all week. May have to go to Dr again a week later . FWIW I didn't smoke in high school and am glad I didn't. It's a horrible habit but I haven't smoked for a while so let's see how it plays out. Sometimes sickness can be a blessing in disguise. Your bodies way of saying hey stop before you crash type thing.:lurk-2:

Yes, that always helps getting sick, the desire goes away. Have heard there is alot of influenza going on down a bit south of us here, my neice and nephew in law have been flat on their backs for 4 days now. Someone in their church actually died from it. So take care.

I smoked to look cool in high school, little did I know! To bad there were no Starbucks back then!
