Is your blog random?

So I have been reading some blogs and some are random, jumping from day to day personal and some are about ONE LOVE (Sports, music, celebs etc)

What do you focus your blog on and what made you start your blog?

Mine started as a rant because my "dad" had told me to write a book, I am working on a children's book but right now I have so much stuff going on my brain won't stop running. So it's pretty random but will work well when I pull together a local artist group for writers, models, photographers, dancers, etc...plus I am in a few forums for health and I am tracking a new program I am on :-)

So where did your inspiration come from?

My entire focus *is* random, lol. That's the entire purpose and intent of my blog. It's not the random you described, though. I don't jump in and out of personal chit chat of my life, etc. It's about the quirky "stuff" I find online usually, ranging from weird sites to funky products you've never even considered before. My inspiration originated in weird 'thoughts'...I used to talk at length about humorous analogies or things like the horrors of flip flops. I suppose I still dabble back in that stuff from time to time, but for the most part, I focus on the randomness of the world and enlighten people to the quirkiness they didn't know existed, hehe.

LoL well that is one way to go about it...At least I figured out LABELS so I could make topics if they want to stick to one (like the health plan I am on LOl)....learning something new almost every hour..god I wish I had more days off from work

I love random, but haven't gotten there yet. Both mine are more niche blogs. Good luck with the book - do it!

Mine have to be random because I cant focus on one thing long enough to stay with it. It is more observational recently...or what bugs me. Having one of those months.

My Funny Random stuff is random, not so funny more random. I was just searching high KEI terms and seeing how they ranked. It ranked decently but the site has no strength lol.

I like blogs that are on a topic with some randomness to break the routine.

My personal blog (pelf-ism is contagious) is quite random but my other two blogs are niche. I write about turtles on one, and charity, environment, health and the likes on the other.

Well, I started DatCurious.com because I wanted to talk about what a lot of people are afraid to - sex. I mean, I don't have any pornographic things, it's more like a sex education class with a twist. And I wanted to show people that it shouldn't be labeled "adult content" because teens should get taught these things, since there aren't any sex ed classes...

And DatMoney.com was started because, just like DC, I wanted to help people and teach them. Plus, just like everyone else, I'm on the path to quit my day job... and so far, I'm making great progress!
