Who are the highst paying advertisers?

I know this is a complicated question because of click through rates and certain keywords are worth more than others.
I use Commission Junction, Adsense and Amazon. With Commission Junction I get a high clickthrough rate because I control the ads, I simply change ads in the interface and it automaticaly updates on my pages if I am using their smartzones. With Adsense I have no control over the ads and get a lower clickthrough rate but still I get paid per impressions even if there are not any clicks, although a small amount. And with amazons new intergration with blogger I can put ads directly into my blog.

My questions are:
Who do you use?
What ones have the best clickthrough rate?
If by commission, then what ones have the best conversion rates?
Then the bottom line, which ones have you received the most money from?

well my personal favorite is Adsense.
Its always works fine and I get paid on time..

I tried some other advertisers, but Adsense has also worked the best for me. I have not found another one that ever paid anything. And some ad networks will only give you full-page ads. I have never tried those because I haven't liked any of the examples these other companies have sent.

I used to complain a lot about the adsense program - but it's the only program that's ever let me make a living from the advertising on my sites

I've tried clickbank, and despite having it on my sites for years, I've started removing it from all my sites, as it is a waste of advertising space - just annoys visitors, without making much money

CPA networks seem like a bunch of crooks to me - you send them visitors and get nothing back at all - also, every day I get emails from new affiliate managers, for the same old CPA programs - how many "managers" do these CPA programs have? - I now state in my about-us pages where my email address is displayed, that I don't partipate in CPA programs - doesn't stop the emails though - I particularly hate the "we want to advertise on your site" emails - which just turns out to be the same old "place our ads for free" stuff

I got less than 0.1% CTR from Adsense so this really sucks. My mobile sites are doing well with mobpartner having 5-6% CTR.
