Honestly, the best combination of weather plus internet I've found so far is in Hawaii.

There are many places in the Pacific that would be a great place to live, but they have no real internet connection. The island is connected via satellite and it is expensive.

I really enjoyed Taipei and I am a big fan of Singapore. Both of which are wired to the gills.
