Hi Everyone,

I posted earlier on another thread and am now posting here to introduce myself.

My name is John Lawson and I live on the Wirral in the UK. A long time ago I graduated from Liverpool University with a degree in Computer Science and until about 2003 worked as a computer programmer, usually on a freelance basis. Since 2004 I have been making a living from affiliate marketing.

I'm not a blogger and to be honest words don't come easily to me. I'm also not much of a web site designer, I'm not artistic enough. I'm pretty good with technical stuff though and know a fair bit about search engine optimization.

The reason I've come to this forum is to see if any of its members have any old blogger sites for sale. I believe I may be able to add value to these sites and generate some income from adsense or affiliate programmes. This is a new venture so I won't be getting carried away with any daft prices but if people are sitting on a blog they don't have time to keep going then we may be able to come to a price that suits both of us.

Please take a look at my other post and get back to me with any suggestions. I understand people will be wary to deal with a stranger so ask any questions you want and don't be afraid of upsetting me.

It's not looking promising at the moment. I guess once somebody loses interest in a blog, they no longer come to blogging forums.
