Hello, I am David

"I am David", it just so happens, is one of my favorite movies, so it's feable attmept on my part to be clever in my introduction.

I'm not much of a blogger, but last year I started a blog on the advise from a friend. I told him I wanted to start a website dedicated to giving information and news regarding the Traditional Latin Mass in the South Bend area. He told me to start a blog because it was free. I did so.

I don't know any html, and I'm much better at identifying a Guido Reni oil on canvas than designing a blog. However, I gave it a shot, and it seems to be working OK.

The blog is primarily for information and news, not opinion. It has a "niche market", I suppose. However, I've actually become quite attached to it. Not too long ago, due to my busy schedule, I contemplated letting it go. I immediately got a lot of negative feedback from people, who to my great surprise, actually visited the blog daily. I'm glad, but I also see in it some measure of responsibility.

There's really two things I need help with. 1. Making the blog an enjoyable place for the handful of faithful readers that visit; and 2. making the infoblog an effective way of spreading the word about the various Traditional Latin Masses in the area.

I need a lot of help, and I came here to see if anyone would be willing to give me helpful suggestions and hints. Thanks!

Best way to learn is read through old posts, use the search function and by all means just ask a question if it comes to you. Questions are what keep forums interesting; if you're new you should have lot's don't be shy.
