An introduction

Figured I'd take a post an introduce myself.

A group of friends and I started a website a while back, which, after a year or so ended up collapsing, since we just couldn't be bothered to keep it updated, and it just wasn't getting enough traffic to keep us interested. After 2-3 months of it being down, I realized just how much I missed it, and decided to start it back up again. Now, almost a year and a half after our site went up for the first time, its been re-opened, and I'm working on trying to promote it.

Unlike most of the people here, my main goal is not just to make money with my blog. To me, blogging is just another vector of our group as a whole, which is my primary goal. Since the other 3 do more of content creation, the work of creating, running and promoting the site usually falls to me. As such, I usually jump on any kind of idea that falls into those kind of fields. One of those, which I figured would be able to generate the paltry sum of money we need to pay for the hosting was starting up a blog, which I did. As I've been doing it, I've become more and more attached to it, and have actually begun enjoying it quite a bit.
