Near spring here even though we're considerably more north. Can't complain until it goes -30 again!

There are a handful of us here at bloggeries who are from Chicago, it's a great city.

Can't wait for spring to get here so I can go out on Lake Michigan and do some serious fishing.

Paul - I didn't know you were a chicagoan! I love it downtown, but only to visit. I much more prefer farm country, that is becoming a bit scarce though.

Good deal!! Plenty to do in Wisconsin during the summer. Winter too of course, if you don't mind freezin' a bit.

Driving to Waupaca isn't that bad, but the drive up to Eagle River is just brutal.
