Default hello

I found this site from a blog i stumbled upon. I work for Jargonfish in the business development dept. Wanted to help get the word out of our widget and possibly share for any who is interested in it. So hi to everyone and look forward to chatting with some of you.

James

Hi James,

Welcome to the forum and thanks for taking the time to introduce yourself.

Could you tell us more about this widget?

Also did you come here through another blog and use the expression stumble upon or actually stumble here? Just curious because if so I think you'll be the first person as SU traffic typically goes as fast as it comes!

Hi Rob,

Sorry i used the expression i stumbled here from another blog.

As for our widget, here is the website JargonFish. and a breif description:
JargonFish combines in-text advertising (cpm ad revenue model) with the customizable content of a widget. The result is an in-text application that adds depth and value to your content while creating a new advertising revenue stream.

The JargonFish application highlights keywords that you select on the pages of your Website or you can use the search box that we provide. When visitors click on those uniquely highlighted keywords, a small JargonFish window is launched providing the visitor with a variety of helpful resources related to that keyword (i.e. Yahoo Search, Wikipedia, YouTube, flickr, Technorati, ebay, amazon as well as your own custom tools). The window also contains a small display ad this is priced on a cpm basis, so you get paid every time a visitor launches the JargonFish window and views an ad.

The related content displayed within the JargonFish window enhances the overall user experience while generating advertising revenue for you. The custom tool feature also offers the opportunity to highlight related content in your own website, or cross-reference related content on one of your other website properties.

You can also customize the design of the JargonFish window, including adding your logo, to match the design of your website.

JargonFish is free to sign up for. Test it out for 30 days to see what JargonFish can add to the value of your content and to your bottom line!

Please let me know if you have any other questions or would like to give this a try.

James
