My father is from Wales, I have never been to the deep north, mainly just the south and central. It is a beautiful country and I'd love to play some golf there. I also hear that Northern Wales is being developed quickly and some great real estate up there if you don't mind the winters

It's pretty good for the old house prices, one of the websites I manage (web desinger by trade) is a property website that is doing okay for itself, so something must be right here.
