It depends on the blog, but usually not more than a few hours. You have to really get an idea of what the blog and author are all about.

As for the the others that have requested a review, I'm working on it. I'll let you know when I'm finished. Here is an of one of my blog reviews.

Your difficulties in recieving requests most likely stems from the fact that your blog is relatively new. More established blogs may see exchanging links for a review as giving more than they are recieiving. If you continue this service after your site becomes more established I am sure you will start to see the number of request you get skyrocket.
